[And her smile has just the tiniest hint of innocent mischief with the challenging words and she urges on her massive mount to push even harder.]

[He has to smile at that, really, and he calls back] Well, if you want a challenge... [He leans forward to stroke the side of his pteradon's neck, as if whispering something, and it puts on a surprising burst of speed]

[The girl gives a soft gasp of surprise and then in delight and leans in to lay close along the neck of her prehistoric companion, giving it encouragement.]

To be expected of Uncle Reborn, but we can give him a run for his money at least, Kotorasu-chan!

No one said we were wagering anything on the outcome, Uni. [Tipping his hat at her politely as they draw even up in the sky]

Ah, I just meant we could at least give you a challenge. [She laughs lightly.] But while we're at it, how about we do make a wager?

Tea and homemade sandwiches for the winner?

That doesn't seem exactly fair. [But to whom, exactly...] But if you insist, Boss.

[A beat, as he considers it] What shall we set as the goal?

[Tilting her head again slightly, she was about to ask why, but instead since he agreed, she looks forward again, scanning the make-shift battlefield and points to where a pair of enormous and long necked dinosaurs were in the distance and she points to the pair.]

If they were any more stirred up, we'd be picking pieces of them off the ground. [He's kidding. Probably]

[There is a slightly nervous smile, she's not entirely sure you're kidding either. But that's alright, they'll just be sure not to stir them up then.

Putting on her determined face, she readies her mount and leans in close to it, ready for the go.

And as soon as signal is given she urges the massive creature on and being who she was, it responds to her wishes all too readily, pushing on harder. She's thrilled by the speed and light-hearted feel to this, to get to share this with the Sun Arcobaleno, but that doesn't mean she won't be giving it her best!]

[It's exciting to go fast, and it's been a very long time since he's been the proper size to drive a car. But this is infinitely better, with the wind whistling in his ears and Leon's excited chittering in his ear and the sound of Uni's laughter]
