It does sound pretty weird, but I think he knows what he's talking about.

[Shamal seemed pretty confident that they'd get unstuck after the date, though Gokudera doesn't want to explain what Shamal said to make that point. Like hell he'd ever grab the Tenth there!]

And a movie is a good idea. Once we get into the theater it'll be too dark to see anything, and people will be paying attention to the screen anyway. Let's do it, Tenth!

Y-Yeah, okay. Is there anything you wanted to see?

[he'll just...stay in these clothes. He really doesn't want to explain to his mother(or the kids. Lambo would never shut up about it) why he was walking around in girls clothing]

Shouldn't we find out what's playing first?

[Gokudera doesn't know what sort of movies are out right now, but he'll probably want to see whichever action film has the most explosions.]

And don't you want to change before we go? Now that we're done with Shamal, you don't have to wear that.

I can't exactly put on any of my clothes on when our hands are like this. I couldn't even take my shirt off properly - Haru had to cut it away.

[Gokudera laughs awkwardly. Okay, that was kind of obvious. He should've thought about it before asking. He'd just assumed that since Tsuna was able to change clothes once while they were holding hands he could do it again. Obviously not. And the mental image of Haru cutting the Tenth's shirt off is kinda scary.]

Then, let's go to the theater Tenth!

[he hangs his head. It was even scarier to experience it]

Right. Hopefully there's something good on [and not scary]

[Gokudera whistles on the way to the theater. It's been awhile since he's seen a movie, and if it weren't for the awkwardness of their hands being stuck together, it'd be a really fun outing. When they get there he looks up at the showtime list. Thankfully, there are a lot of movies starting soon.]

Hey, look Tenth. They have Transformers 2.

[It's the perfect movie. It's got big robots, which the Tenth will like since he wanted to be one when he grows up. But they're really aliens from another planet, which makes them UMAs! And Gokudera has heard that there are lots of explosions in this film.]

[perking up visibly]

They do? Lets watch it then.

[GIANT ROBOOOOOTSSSS]

Okay, Tenth! [He fishes around in his pockets and grins at the person behind the counter.] Two tickets to Tranformers!

[Then the person behind the counter asks for the money. Gokudera pulls the change out of his pocket, and... shit. It's not enough.]

Uh, Tenth... sorry to ask you this, but do you have a few extra yen?

[reluctant10th]

[Tsuna blinks and checks his pockets--]

Oh, yeah, I do.

[thank god he remembered to take his wallet with him. He hands it over]

Sorry Tenth! [He bows in place.] I'll pay you back later, I promise!

[And now a few people are staring and saying bad things about Gokudera behind his back. He is obviously a horrible boyfriend, calling his girlfriend a number and begging her for money. How shameful! So he glares at them and leads the Tenth into the theater.]

[Tsuna blanches]

I-It's fine, it's only a few yen, Gokudera-kun.

[following him with a sigh, he was kind of hoping this day would be over already. Way too exhausting]

That's really generous of you, Tenth!

[Gokudera checks the tickets and leads them into the right room. He figures it'll be better once they're sitting in the dark. No one will bother them there. Luckily, they got in just in time for the opening credits. No annoying theater commercials.]

...so, where do you want to sit?

Just round the middle somewhere.

[walking down the steps carefully. Hopefully he doesn't trip on anything]

[Gokudera notices how careful the Tenth is being and keeps an eye out for anything that might trip him. He helps his boss down the aisle carefully. It looks like the theater's been cleaned recently. There aren't any popcorn boxes lying around and the floor isn't sticky.

He chooses a nice row somewhere in the middle, away from some of the other movie watchers, and helps Tsuna shuffle in and sit down.]

Is this okay, Tenth?

Yeah, it's fine.

[smiles at Gokudera thankfully as they settle down into their seats. There weren't that many people here today, huh?]

[isthebomb]

[It's been awhile since the movie opened and it's still pretty early in the evening. The big crowds will be here later on. Gokudera squeezes Tsuna's hand a little and he grins as he looks up at the screen. He's really been looking forward to seeing this move.]

[The movie is pretty cool, even if just for the giant robots and explosions. But it's been a long day and Tsuna finds himself drifting off near the end of the movie]

I saw it... once

[Gokudera is really into it, so he doesn't notice that the Tenth is falling asleep. He gets caught up in the action easily, and some of the special effects are really good. He tugs on Tsuna's hand. His boss has to see this!]

Look, Tenth! He just turned into a fighter jet!

[So much cooler than a car or truck.]

[Tsuna doesn't reply. He just flops to the side, against Gokudera, fast asleep.]

Tenth? [Aw, he's asleep. Gokudera won't wake him. Tsuna can nuzzle into his shoulder all he wants. Gokudera squeezes the Tenth's hand softly, wishing he could put it around his boss's shoulder instead.

He stays quiet until the end of the movie and then shakes Tsuna gently.] Hey, Tenth... it's over.

[reluctant10th]

Mmmn?

[he nuzzles against him a little more, rubbing at bleary eyes]

Already?

[Is it supposed to feel this good to be nuzzled by your boss? Gokudera wonders sometimes.]

Yeah, you missed some of the best fight scenes, Tenth! And the biggest explosions!

Can't believe I fell asleep through all of that.

[he yawns, only to draw back with a blush when he realizes how much he had been clinging in his sleep]

S-Sorry, Gokudera-kun, I-I hope I didn't make your arm go all numb.

You missed the big fight between Optimus Prime and the Fallen!

[He blushes a little when Tsuna draws back. It wasn't that bad, was it?]

Not at all! You kept me nice and warm, Tenth! It was getting a little drafty in here anyway!
